Sullivan v. Barclays, 13-cv-02811 (PKC)

On July 13, 2023, Plaintiffs filed a motion for final approval of their $105 million Settlement with Société Générale. Plaintiffs allege that Société Générale and other defendants manipulated the prices of certain Euribor-based derivatives and financial instruments that reference Euribor.

If approved, this would bring the total amount of settlements achieved in this Action so far to $651.5 million.  The Court has previously approved three motions for final approval in this action, with the following Defendants: Barclays plc, Barclays Bank plc and Barclays Capital Inc. (“Barclays”), Deutsche Bank AG and DB Group Services (UK) Ltd. (“Deutsche Bank”), HSBC Holdings plc, and HSBC Bank plc. (“HSBC”), Citigroup Inc. and Citibank, N.A. (“Citi”), JPMorgan Chase & Co. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“JPMorgan”), and Crédit Agricole S.A. and Crédit Agricole CIB (“Crédit Agricole”).
