On December 18, the Honorable John G. Gleeson preliminarily approved settlements with Defendants United Parcel Service, Inc., UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., Agility Holdings, Inc., Agility Logistics Corp., and Geologistics International Management (Bermuda) Limited for an aggregate of approximately $24.8 million plus certain future payments. These settlements bring the total recovery in the case to approximately $202 million plus certain future payments. Lovell Stewart is co-lead counsel in this action.
