On February 21, 2020, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (The Honorable David F. Hamilton, The Honorable Amy C. Barrett and The Honorable Michael B. Brennan, Circuit Judges) entered an order denying Kraft’s petition to appeal the district court’s January 3, 2020 certification order pursuant to Rule 23(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
