On April 7, 2016, the Honorable George B. Daniels , preliminarily approved a settlement of the settlement class and the plan of allocation in Laydon v. Mizuho Bank, Ltd, et al., No. 12-cv-3419 (GBD) (S.D.N.Y.) and Sonterra Capital Master fund Ltd et al. v. UBS AG et al., No. 15-cv-5844 (GBD) (S.D.N.Y.) and set September 8, 2016 at 10 a.m. as the date for the final approval hearing with respect to Plaintiffs’ proposed settlement of $23,000,000 with the Citibank, N.A., Citigroup Inc., Citibank Japan Ltd., and Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc.
