As of April 11, 2018, the review by Settlement Administrator, A.B. Data, of eligible Class members’ claims indicates that payments in excess of $1.50 on each $1.00 of net artificiality paid will be made to eligible Class members who suffered “net artificiality paid.” Class Counsel anticipates that a motion will be made to the Court for distribution during June 2018.
