On or about May 26, 2016, the settlement administrator mailed notifications to members of the Futures Class who submitted proof of claim forms that were determined to be deficient in some respect. Claimants will have until approximately June 25, 2016 to cure deficiencies that have been identified by the settlement administrator. Lead Counsel anticipates filing a status report with the Court concerning the progress of distribution of the net settlement funds to eligible members of the Futures Class on or about June 24, 2016.
