On February 18, 2015, the Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs submitted their Response in further support of their motion to amend the complaint. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants combined, conspired or agreed to fix or manipulate prices of primary aluminum from at least November 2009 to the present.
