On May 6, 2016, the Honorable Victor Marrero granted final approval of Plaintiffs’ settlement with PwC Netherlands and Canada for $55,000,000 arising from claims that the financial statements of Fairfield Greenwich were misleading and manipulated in so far as they related to the Bernard Madoff investments. Class members had until May 23, 2016 to submit proofs of claim. The firm is Co-Lead Counsel for the Plaintiff class.
