On December 3, 2015, the Court granted the parties’ request to extend their deadline for the submission of certain motion papers pending preliminary approval of the PwC settlement mediated before Judge Layn Phillips and agreed on November 25, 2015. Lovell Stewart, which is one of co-lead counsel for plaintiffs in this case, believes that if the proposed PwC settlement is preliminarily and finally approved, the potential settlement proceeds for the entire litigation will total approximately $250 million. Class members are also reminded that the deadline for filing Proof of Claim Forms in the earlier approved $125 million Citco settlement is December 28, 2015.
