Anwar, et al. v. Fairfield Greenwich Limited, et al., 09-cv-0118

On August 12, 2015, Plaintiffs executed a Settlement with the Citco Defendants resolving all claims asserted against the Citco Defendants for $125,000,000. This brings the total settlements to date to $205,250,000. Lovell Stewart is Co-Lead Counsel for the Plaintiff class in this case. A trial is scheduled with Defendants PwC Netherlands and Canada for January 4, 2016.
