On May 20, 2019, the Honorable P. Kevin Castel granted final approval to Plaintiffs’ settlement with Defendants Citigroup Inc. and Citibank, N.A. (collectively “Citi”) and JPMorgan Chase & Co. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (collectively, “JPMorgan”).
