On December 15, 2015, the Honorable P. Kevin Castel preliminarily approved Plaintiffs initial, ice breaker settlement of $94 million and substantial cooperation with Defendants Barclays plc, Barclays Bank plc and Barclays Capital Inc. (together, “Barclays”). Plaintiffs have alleged that Barclays and other defendants manipulated the prices of certain Euribor-based derivatives and financial instruments that reference Euribor.
