On February 20, 2015, the Honorable John G. Gleeson preliminarily approved a settlement with Defendants Dachser GmbH & Co., KG and Dachser Transport of America, Inc., for $2.5 million plus certain future payments. This settlement brings the total recovery in the case to approximately $205 million plus certain future payments. Lovell Stewart is co-lead counsel in this action alleging that the leading freight forwarders agreed to fix, inflate, and manipulate their charges.
