Mish International Monetary Inc. v. Vega Capital London, Ltd. et al, 20-cv-4577 (N.D. Ill.)

On March 31, and April 12, 2022, the Honorable Gary S. Feinerman issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order denying in large part the motions to dismiss filed by eight of the nine largest trading Defendants. The Court granted, without prejudice and with leave to replead, the motions to dismiss filed by the remaining six Defendants.  Pursuant to Judge Feinerman’s Order and Decision, the Firm is preparing an amended complaint for filing on or before April 28^th, and papers to commence discovery against the eight Defendants whose motions to dismiss were denied.  For more information, contact Christopher McGrath, Esq (cmcgrath@lshllp.com) or Benjamin Jaccarino, Esq (bjaccarino@lshllp.com).
